maybe it's nostalgia or maybe it's because i like to see, touch, and feel the things i'm most interested in, but i have genuine interest in the tangible, the analog, and the fundamental arts.
i love photography. i don't claim to be great at it. but learning about photography is one of my largest passions and hobbies. i'm drawn to it because there's no shortage of things to learn. i started out shooting digital on an olympus epl6 and epl7. but my natural predilection for the vintage took hold and i've been very interested in film photography as of late. i have an olympus om2n, om10, trip 35, yashica gsn (broken) and a canon rebel g. i love toying with old camera, seeing how they work, how they meter light, etc. there's a certain charm in film that is certainly not replicated on digital. and that's okay. i still love digital photography too.
i've been collecting vinyl now for about 8 years. my collection has grown to just over 400 records.
